Day 44 - ADVENTURE

This afternoon was meant to be a mini adventure. In the mini I can now borrow, thanks to the kindness of the Kensetts. Our good friends here in Hessle.

Me and Rhianna (Gav's youngest) set off to partake of cake at the Old Tile Works cafe just over the Humber Bridge. But when we got there, it was shut! As was the Old Ropewalk cafe just up the road. As was the only other cafe I know nearby, a bit further into Barton.

So our adventure soon became a misadventure. And soon we were heading off home, in the rain.

Not that any of it was miserable. These things happen. And we had a good chat, there and back.

Plus took home chocolates. Disturbing Mr P with our sweet reverie.

Lovely to spend time with Rhianna anyway. And help her look into different Universities and Veterinary Nurse courses. The beginning of a whole new adventure entirely.

So excited for her xx
